Every year we have no problem. This year my husband went and did both our taxes, I gave consent as I couldn’t be there due to work. Normally he receives his instant refund card and I go in the next day to sign the forms and get my instant refund card. This is a horrible location. Prior to doing my taxes and sitting in the office, I asked how much it would be to do my taxes, the lady said she won’t know until she finishes them. Ok. I go home to email the information and documents to the lady and then the front desk calls me when my taxes are complete. I asked the lady how much my taxes would be and she said she didn’t know (weird considering there is a HUGE sign at the from on the store saying “ask our experts the price before getting them done”.
