I've been filing my taxes here for Years it's always the same mean old woman on the phone or front desk horrible attitude. Last year I had to get an adjustment done & also payed to get my taxes done twice & the adjustment three payments in total. Still no word on my adjustment all I get from the rude old woman is they were done, she tells me to call the CRA & of course the CRA say to contact the company. I've gotten nothing & nowhere waste of money. I just thought place I've been loyal to would get better not worse over time... read more

H&R has been my tax service for many years, but this has been my first time in Thompson. The service was quick and straightforward, they allowed me to do off my documentation and simply come back when it was complete. Very convenient.
