I've been filing my taxes here for Years! it's always the same mean rude woman on the phone at the front desk horrible attitude. Last year I had to get an adjustment done & also payed to get my taxes done twice & the adjustment five payments in total. Still no word on my adjustment. All I get from the rude mean woman is they were done, she tells me to call the CRA & of course the CRA say to contact the company. I've gotten nothing & nowhere waste of money.
