This was my first time filing taxes in Canada, so I chose H&R Block because I wanted help from a reputed company and preferred to file in person. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The tax preparer entered my address incorrectly, which caused issues with my CRA information and delayed my refund/mail. I had to visit the office more than 4 times trying to fix the problem, but most employees did not seem concerned or helpful. I had my tax return done by Dawn on Saturday and she was amazing! She was fast, efficient and knew exactly what she was doing. Excellent Customer Service as well. I will definitely be going back to her as well as recommending family and friends.

I made a very last-minute appointment at this location as a new client after realizing there were mistakes on some of my past tax returns. When I arrived, the accountant who initially met with me realized the issues were more complex than expected. Sandra immediately stepped in and took over my appointment without hesitation.
