this is kennedy it was my first time doing my taxes and i gotta say this place rocks they were able to go back several years and i ended up getting a massive refund the lady was very nice kind and quick with everything definitely going back next year and im recommending my brother go here to get his taxes done as well
Sandra was very thorough and super helpful and explained everything in way that was very easy to digest. This was my first time requesting help with my taxes and I am happy to say I will be returning. The fellow at the front was also very friendly and made the whole experience delightful and convenient. Overall very happy with my decision to come to this H&R block for help :)
Truth is, they weren't able to help me with instant refund this year... But that turned out to be a blessing in disguise as they were able to inform me about some gaps in my taxes I was unaware of. Specifically, Sandra was refreshingly thorough while giving me a no BS approach to what my options were and how she was willing to help. They are very fast I dropped my paper's at 2:30 at 5:30 they called me saying it was ready I'm very happy with this location and staff
