For such a high price I expected the best. They're unprofessional, and lack knowledge. I will never return.
When you are there in person they are ok. On the phone they could care less about you. Unfortunate. Go to thickwood tax next year!
During my meeting with H&R block, I was told that they could do my tax return in about 1 week then she said even maybe 2 weeks. i have submitted all my paperwork except maybe a couple print out paper ..After 2 weeks when I followed it up with associate and then manager, shockingly I was told that they didn't even start..nothing..nothing was done..I was told they would need another 1 month for bookkeeping etc..so my paperwork was sitting there all that time and excuses..if I didn't follow it up in 2 weeks time it could've bee... read more
