Both Staff were rude. Service was terrible for such a simple service. Bad experience. Go to Vernon or Kelowna honestly felt terrible each time I came in. Tried to do taxes online myself and they refused to answer any questions or direct me somewhere I could get answers. Honestly screw H&r block in windfield do NOT go here.

Worst company and service I’ve ever experienced! I paid good money to have my taxes prepared remotely only to be shocked upset and left feeling extremely disappointed! I basically pointed out the mistake that saved me 3 grand in owing taxes! And the reply I received was quite awful! I don’t look at the funny small boxes! Also not looking and realizing two t4slips were the exact same! I basically paid money for no reason! Next year I know to go to an accountant and save me the stress and anxiety
Had our taxes done here two years ago with Les and was done quite and easy Last year Les was in Vernon so we drove to meet with Les to do our taxes again what a mistake because they didn't send a legible signed copy to split income they said I owed a large amount of money HR resent the form there mistake I have contacted them several times and no one has replied I was also charged $26. 00 late fee .Les was told I phoned but no call back from or HR block or Les I quess they didn't want my business
