Wost experience ever!!!! It has taken over 2 months now and they still haven't finished my tax return! DO NOT USE H&R BLOCK!!!!!
The lady I spoke with was very nice even though they were closed. The hours posted on line are wrong & need to be updated.
This is my second year using this location, and I'll never go anywhere else. Reception is always so welcoming and Jacqueline is incredible. Anything financial make me really anxious and her lovely and easy-going nature make filling out taxes an absolute delight. She explains as she goes, pointing out areas that could help me in the future and does so with such a friendly disposition. I'd give them 10 stars if I could!
