This is my second year using this location, and I'll never go anywhere else. Reception is always so welcoming and Jacqueline is incredible. Anything financial make me really anxious and her lovely and easy-going nature make filling out taxes an absolute delight. She explains as she goes, pointing out areas that could help me in the future and does so with such a friendly disposition. I'd give them 10 stars if I could!
Sent my son to this location as I had used the services in the past. Unfortunately the customer service has severely declined! He was sent home with incorrect information well the lady took it upon herself to keep his T4. I sent him back to get his important paperwork today. Terrible way to do business.
Was told. A manager was gonna reach out to me ? It’s been 4 days do they need a phone number to reach me on they filed my taxes wrong last year now I owe 1,600 in taxes from last year how does this happen? Why am I paying to get my taxes messed up ? I paid a fee for you to do my taxes and now that you’ve filed them wrong I owe 1600 this is not ok
