Leslie is always a huge help, she's returned my taxes every year, she's knowledgeable and friendly. 10/10.
I had an appointment booked for 2:00 PM and arrived 15 minutes early. After waiting until 2:47 PM, I was told they couldn’t help me because they were too busy. If you’re too busy to take clients, don’t accept appointments. Making someone wait 47 minutes past their scheduled time just to say you can’t help them is completely disrespectful and unprofessional. Very disappointing experience.
H&R Block has been reliable so far, but this particular office has been great. I have been doing my taxes for the past two years with them and working with the same accountant, Leslie, and she is exceptional. She is patient, kind, and very knowledgeable. She takes the time to explain everything I do not understand, and she never makes me feel rushed or overwhelmed.
