Made my taxes a nightmare this year
I went in the beginning of March to have 3 years filed, Christina originally told me it would take a week and a half, and after three weeks hadn’t called me. I went in and they were going to charge me $600+ to file them, and when I said I couldn’t pay she told me I could do them myself. I did two of the three years myself. Imthis location just very unprofessional and rude talking aggressive with there customers like we supposed to stay shut how does my neighbor that's Caucasian gets full service and assistance and I get talked like I am trash then when I speak up they threaten to hang up I hired them to get my taxes done and purchased a peace of mind and I am nervous and when I call for help no one wants to assist me I will be contacting corporate about this and i hope they did not mess up my paperwork this service was not cheap never will I r... read more
