Was told I was eligible for instant refund given a h&R block Mastercard get to machine nothing call them and they said they didn’t end up giving me instant refund horrible service this took a week to get resolved had me come in and sit for hours told I would get a discount and never was
They don't follow instructions. Very rude to deal with, hung up on me twice. Go somewhere else. Terrible service.
