My wife and I walked in before the busy season and were lucky enough to get help right away without an appointment. Equally fortunate, we got Hisham Talbi as an accountant. Hisham explained each step of the process clearly and concisely, and he was supported by helpful management and staff. It only took about an hour for two assessments and we received official notices and from the CRA in less than two weeks without any problems at all. I would highly recommend and use H&R Block again. Rhea at the front desk was an absolute delight, fantastic energy whilst staying aware and informed on each client's progress. The whole environment was relaxing, good podcasts playing, and friendly conversation. When I got in with the tax professional Crystal Zhu, she was concise, to the point, and very helpful in her explanations. She told me any next steps and had the taxes processed in record time! Great tax experience.
