I see Carol is still there? Unbelievable. Worst tax preparer ever! Please don't let her do your tax return. She started our taxes last year and never finished them. She literally disappeared on us. Never emailed or called us back. I have screenshots of all the emails my husband and I sent last year. We were out a lot of money, and of course, H&R Block didn't take any responsibility.
