I did not have a good experience here. Had someone really new at tax time. I had a change in life circumstance and asked for help filing my taxes with their "tax expert" after asking for a review to ensure nothing was missed on my filing it was a big inconvenience and I submitted based n that nothing was missing to later find missed deductions. I was told I could have it fixed for a fee in the summer, they admitted they missed the issue. I waited and had to pay to resolve the issue. After I paid and it was refiled it was don... read more
The owner just writes back and says they will resolve this just to try and make them self look good. Don’t be fooled by their replies. They haven’t reached out once to try and fix this and this was almost a month ago. Excellent work tax experts. No wonder all the 1 star reviews. Shouldn’t even be allowed to click a star Terrible service, two girls talked at the front desk for 20 minutes before even acknowledging us. Incompetent workers who care more about their life stories than what’s going on in their work. Never taking my... read more

First year retired so we took our taxes to H&R Block. What a mistake! Should have got up and left when I had to instruct the "seasoned" tax professional that you can split DB pensionable income between spouses. Our advisor messed up our tax receipts and we didn't catch it until we got home... I know shame on us.. Bottom line, we are out tax money until it all gets straightened out in June. I would rather the money stayed in our pockets.. - we won't be back.
