The owner just writes back and says they will resolve this just to try and make them self look good. Don’t be fooled by their replies. They haven’t reached out once to try and fix this and this was almost a month ago. Excellent work tax experts. No wonder all the 1 star reviews. First year retired so we took our taxes to H&R Block. What a mistake! Should have got up and left when I had to instruct the "seasoned" tax professional that you can split DB pensionable income between spouses. Our advisor messed up our tax receipts and we didn't catch it until we got home... I know shame on us.. Bottom line, we are out tax money until it all gets straightened out in June. I would rather the money stayed in our pockets.. - we won't be back.

Horrible customer service! My fiancé and I had an appointment booked for 1pm, we filled out the paper work and handed to someone at the front desk. We waited while 2 women were socializing and eventually one of them looked at us and said "did you fill out the paperwork?" which we had clearly done (as we'd given it to her co-worker standing right there). The processes are disgusting. I handed in my T4 and they made me wait three weeks, and they didn't give me a response, just an appointment for the following week. When I got to the appointment at 1 p.m., they made me wait two hours. Truly detestable.
