Terrible service, two girls talked at the front desk for 20 minutes before even acknowledging us. Incompetent workers who care more about their life stories than what’s going on in their work. Never taking my business to this establishment again. Embarrassing. Thanks for wasting our time today workers didn’t care one bit trying to make it better.
Horrible customer service! My fiancé and I had an appointment booked for 1pm, we filled out the paper work and handed to someone at the front desk. We waited while 2 women were socializing and eventually one of them looked at us and said "did you fill out the paperwork?" which we had clearly done (as we'd given it to her co-worker standing right there). The processes are disgusting. I handed in my T4 and they made me wait three weeks, and they didn't give me a response, just an appointment for the following week. When I got to the appointment at 1 p.m., they made me wait two hours. Truly detestable.
It’s terrible experience,I file my return in February still I don’t get any response,I went there more then 8 time ,the don’t know what to do ,when I call they just say we are working on your case ,how working from last 6 months,they charge me 167 dollar and still waiting..never go back ,please any one help me to get my money back ??
