I will never have them file my taxes again , charged way too much and the person didn't seem knowledgeable at all , didn't look through my information completely and I'm not at all sure it is correct , had to pay penalties from last year when they filed it because I wasn't told to pay estimated taxes and this year I had to ask her about it and asked to set them up or I would have been penalized again .
