(2 stars because it's too easy to remove 1 star, and you can't give zero). Save yourself and don't use Georgia... maybe just go somewhere else all together. Too many blunders to explain, but you can be sure it's "your fault" or "their fault" (her co-workers) and not her own... definitely not. The good thing about her constantly talking to herself and thinking out loud is you can watch it all happen in front of you in real time. Nothing is going on "in there" and you can marvel in it live in person.
Most certainly the best location in the region. Makes sense that this is the district main location. Manager was easily and efficiently able to resolve my problem caused by a different office. Her professionalism and courtesy were refreshing.
If you use HRblock in the San Diego area please do yourself a favor and have Alicia Bahena do your taxes for you. She will do them faster and better than anyone else and give you peace of mind through the whole process. She's a true professional and deserves your business.
