Marg Madsen is a pro. She is efficient, knows her stuff, and can explain it all so even I can understand. She also has a terrific sense of humor, a rare quality in a tax preparer. I highly recommend her.
Heather at the Salmon Arm location is amazing. We have had a few different people in the office working on our taxes over the past several years of coming here and Heather is always readily available to make sure everything is getting done properly. She is a pleasure to talk to and always takes her time, going above and beyond to make sure that any questions we have are answered.
