Had dropped my taxes off to be done and was only told after they were done that in order to file them I'd need to sign a form saying that H&R makes no guarantee that they were done correctly. Would never do my taxes with them again because of this.
Very unhappy with H&R block. They made us sign a waiver before submitting our taxes, stating that they hold no legal responsibility over their work /cannot verify the work done. We went with them due to their convenient hours and location, and were a bit close to tax cutoff so still filed with them due to time constraints. Why make us sign a waiver saying they don't recognize their own work from a legal standpoint? Defeats the purpose of using them in the first place.
