After an hour of waiting, then an hour of fussing, it turned out that they could not help us. The price before the appointment was less than when we came for the appointment. And we waited a week for the recording.
Were genuinely incapable of filing a return for me and my wife. After an hour of fumbling and repeated spelling errors, they gave up. Admitted that they were unable to access my CRA information, despite having all the documentation and my CRA account open on my phone in front of them. Insisted that they had the information input correctly, but were being told by the software that the information didn't match the file. I came home and self filed using the free software, and I was able to autofill from my CRA account with no i... read more
Unfortunately, not the best experience at this location to say the least. Left after an hr long apt without having my taxes filed. Staff was however, kind and friendly.
