Caroline helped us with our taxes and was incredibly patient with all our paperwork and questions. She explained everything clearly and really did her best for us. We truly appreciated her help!
Had an appointment on March 18th, @ 8:00 pm. They called 6:00 pm on the same day as the appt, and told us they had to cancel the appointment because they didn't have anyone to do it for us. So we made another appointment for the following week, March 25th @ 6:00 pm. We waited 1/2 and still no one came to get us but they were walking around most of the time, so we got up and left. We probably would still be there waiting. Such incompetence but they are happy to take your money.
After an hour of waiting, then an hour of fussing, it turned out that they could not help us. The price before the appointment was less than when we came for the appointment. And we waited a week for the recording.
Were genuinely incapable of filing a return for me and my wife. After an hour of fumbling and repeated spelling errors, they gave up. Admitted that they were unable to access my CRA information, despite having all the documentation and my CRA account open on my phone in front of them. Insisted that they had the information input correctly, but were being told by the software that the information didn't match the file. Unfortunately, not the best experience at this location to say the least. Left after an hr long apt without having my taxes filed. Staff was however, kind and friendly.
