The worst service I've ever experienced. As a newcomer doing taxes for the first time, I tried to understand how it all works. On my first visit in person, I was told that I needed to have all my paperwork completed before dropping it off. I complied and returned to drop off my papers and make an appointment with a specific specialist. However, the earliest appointment available was in two weeks.
