This new management is a complete joke. They have no tax expert this year which ok fine they send it to that toon to be done. Got told same great service like all the other years, which is a damn lie. We got told only a week turn around we're going on over 2 weeks now. Got a call yesterday saying there ready, called to find out how much and get told we don't take cash and not everything is ready, then why the hell would we get called saying it is, then get told they would be ready today. I still waiting their answer about closing the ofice and my taxes won't go through, I pay for 2 year 2022 and 2023. I contact the ofice in saskatoon and their don't do anything either. I won't do my taxes with them never again
Don't go to this office. They are now temporarily closed, i never got my personal taxes completed and they still have all my files there was no information about them closing the office and no contact number once i got the contact information it had taken 3 weeks to get back to me . I’ve done my taxes with H&R block for years when I lived in moose jaw there was never any issue and then I moved here. I didn’t expect anything different with the Swift current location, but I was VERY wrong.
Worst office ever! do not leave your files with them. The office smells like catpee
Very disappointed. Been trying to contact them for a month to get paperwork so I can refile a decade worth of taxes to fix their mistakes and it is impossible to get through to someone. Answering machine says they are open two mornings and one afternoon per week, but I am sent to the answering machine with no option to leave a voicemail. I will never work with them again and I recommend you go anywhere else to work with real professionals
