Horrible just Horrible I will NEVER NEVER GO TO THIS SITE if there are no accountants in the shop again. They sent our income tax to Saskatoon, and then they never filed our income tax. Now they are saying we never paid for my husband's income tax, and he didn't fill out all the forms and they over charged us. Absolutely livid. Update they finally get my husband's income tax in and now he has penalties. Most certainly will never be going back to H&R Block

Awful experience this year. I always had amazing luck with H&R Block in Tisdale but not having a person locally and sending my taxes to Saskatoon was a huge mistake. No one there knew anything that was going on. They never get back to you. Seriously DO NOT recommend.
This new management is a complete joke. They have no tax expert this year which ok fine they send it to that toon to be done. Got told same great service like all the other years, which is a damn lie. We got told only a week turn around we're going on over 2 weeks now. Got a call yesterday saying there ready, called to find out how much and get told we don't take cash and not everything is ready, then why the hell would we get called saying it is, then get told they would be ready today. I still waiting their answer about closing the ofice and my taxes won't go through, I pay for 2 year 2022 and 2023. I contact the ofice in saskatoon and their don't do anything either. I won't do my taxes with them never again
