Avoid. I used them for two years. Both times it was a wild and disorganized ride. The accountant never responded to emails and both times (though I'd prepared all the info from my end way in advance of tax time) completely forgot about me until the last minute. True, he gave me a discount on his fees as an apology, but a hundred bucks off doesn't make up for the fact that he neglected to include one of my T4s on my most recent return, resulting in a surprise re-assessment that found I owed thousands more than the refund he s... read more

Seriously, this has got to be one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with, to boot they handle people's financial obligations...unbelievable. lost documents,, cant even manage to print a document. Next to zero communication, no emails back for weeks on end, no phone calls back. Complete disregard for clients. Last year I had to phone daily for a month just for them to file a simple return. I was really dissatisfied and won't refer anyone after paying almost twice as much for my taxes and receiving no explanation about the charge from the accountant, who also didn't return my call.
