The accountant never responded to emails and both times (though I'd prepared all the info from my end way in advance of tax time) completely forgot about me until the last minute. Seriously, this has got to be one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with, to boot they handle people's financial obligations...unbelievable. lost documents,, cant even manage to print a document. Next to zero communication, no emails back for weeks on end, no phone calls back. Complete disregard for clients. Last year I had to phone daily for a month just for them to file a simple return. I was really dissatisfied and won't refer anyone after paying almost twice as much for my taxes and receiving no explanation about the charge from the accountant, who also didn't return my call.
Terrible experience, I left my documents on Monday, they told me they would call me within the week to sign. However, no one called me, I went to the office again and they told me I was still in line. I asked them how many more days I should wait, they told me that they didn't know because they had many requests, to which I asked again "then why did they tell me that within the Week" they didn't give me any other option either, I asked for my documents back and they delayed for about 20 minutes to find them...finally someone... read more
