booked for 2pm.staff.kept saying give me a few minuites that was an hour ago. u would give zero starts if that was an option also had to go on cra to add the as a rep th staff couldn't figure out how to do that they over charged didn't offer any assistance.
I've filed with the main office with no problems, decided to give these guys a go, lets just say its a good place if you want to: 1. Receive "expert" tax advice and follow it 2. Get reassessed 6 months later and have to pay a bunch of money back to CRA 3. Get told there's nothing they can do even though you listened to the tax "expert" and followed his advice on a simple tax return You're better off doing your own taxes, you'll probably owe less when you get reassessed...
Another year I did my tax file by H&R black Tax Professional. Clear and decent service. Highly recommended.
