H&R Block was great to work with in preparing my taxes. They were efficient, knowledgeable and timely, and my tax preparer was a pleasure to deal with.
I worked with Lynn Kratz in preparing my taxes. It was a horrible and unprofessional experience. I scheduled my appointment in person on a Sunday evening. When I arrived, Lynn was rude and told me she was too busy and backed up, and to just leave my documents and she would work with me online instead.
