I have done my taxes here and im very satisfied with the services staff is kind and polite
Virginia is very professional, i have been filing my income tax in this branch since 2018. And she clearly discussed with me my income tax return. Highly recommended.
I’ve been waiting THREE hours to have my instant refund, the woman here has never done it before. She didn’t know how to copy my lease with the photo copier, when I left to go to the corner and back cus she was taking so long she took in another customer, while waiting for the senior staff to help her do the refund. It is STILL not finished. DO NOT come to this location use TurboTax
