Mahvash got us in fast without an appointment 45 mins later taxes done and instant rebate!! Also didn't mind our 3 year old running around like a maniac!!

Terrible customer service, was not able to explain anything and got frustrated when I asked questions and made me feel like a inconvenience. The worst of it all was how the guy at the front desk knew nothing and had no clue about the business, the two "accountants" also assumed personal information and docked me money on my taxes for things I qualified for. Overall the worst experience I've had with a HandR would recommend saving yourself some money because at the end of the day if you don't qualify for their instant refund ... read more
