Late April I dropped off a very simple tax file to Agassiz H&R block. April 28 records show that I received 1 missed call in the morning during my shower. No voice message was left on my machine so it went unnoticed. No follow up calls from H&R Block. Did my taxes just fine all my experiences with H and R Block previously in Whalley and Newton in Surrey were just fine. No wait there at the Hope office they were ready to go as soon as I showed up charged $200 to do my return.

Dealt with a tax specialist named Jayme klassen. Right from the get go she was fast, efficient and friendly. I got over 2000 back and within 20 minutes was in and out with my return. Very happy with the service not like the other h& R s out there at all. UPDATE: took my daughter in to do 4 years of taxes she had a lot coming back but also owed 1000 for cerb payback to cra. I asked the lady to start the returns from oldest return filing the first 2 years then do the most recent years. I asked her because then my daughter woul... read more
