Has been a awful experience. Firstly we went to sort out our taxes mid April, to which afterwards they stated "lost" our details. Only after my wife went in multiple times and got frustrated, they finally "sorted" it out, claiming our tax rebate would arrive in a few weeks. It's been months and months and we've heard nothing, even their website seems to have no record of our details when we put our info in. I've tried calling multiple times, left voice messages and have heard nothing back. I'd avoid this "service" provider..... read more
Absolutely horrid service, cannot complete taxes properly, not to mention the receptionist puts her head down under the desk and tries to hide the fact that she’s vaping under there and trying to wave the Vapor smoke away. They tell you your getting a certain amount back and when you go to pickup your cheque they all of a sudden say you actually get thousands less, when in reality they’re 100% wrong and actually ripping people off. If I could give a 1 star review I would.
Would be great if you would return clients phone calls, also first impressions ARE everything! Perhaps hire a receptionist that understands if not for your clients SHE wouldn't have a job!!! It's been 4 weeks since we dropped off tax papers can't get any responses as to when they will be done.
It has been almost a month and my taxes are not ready. I was lied to and told they would be ready last Thursday. Do not go to them. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.
All I did was call and the receptionist was unfriendly and condescending. She left me with a bad impression so I will go with someone else. UPDATE: They saw my review, said they would follow up and I've heard nothing from them. Way to go H&R Block
