I’ve been a customer of H&R Block for a long time, but unfortunately, this has come to a sudden holt after I did my taxes through H&R Block Fernie this year I got a good return $$$ but just to get reassessed and now I owe more then 4k. I called them and they told me sorry it’s my problem. They made a $10 000 typo on my T4 Will never go back there again. if you do decide to change it, take the insurance… hopefully they help you after they screw you stuff up.

Just called to book an appointment and the woman on the phone was borderline mocking me. Sorry if I don’t quite understand my taxes but why else would I be calling? Not a pleasant experience.
