H&R block is terrible. This is the lowest my income tax has ever been even through I've worked more this year rather than any other. The "Rest Easy" program is absolute BULL! I shouldn't have to pay extra to protect my tax refund incase anything on your end was submitted wrong, that should be a basic thing included with the service. Also if you cant trust your Staff to fill in reports correctly then maybe this isn't the job for them.
DO NOT use this location. They insist you pay BEFORE filing, we discovered it had already been filed, I was told to contact the CRA to find out if she accidentally double clicked, she hadn't. I was told to come in for a refund which they are now refusing the refund.
Bad English, very unhelpful
This place was good when Karen was working here. She was awesome. However this year it costs my partner and I $300 for a single T4E and 2 T4s. The woman also didn’t know how to file business tax… language barrier is very frustrating when it comes to something as important as your taxes. Next year we will just file on our own.
She very intelligent and welcoming, she is very patient and take her time to explain everything in details, in summary she is an expert in the field, I really love the way I am attended to.
