Terrible service. I phoned to enquire about the location and the price. I was told that the price was 53.99. When I arrived, an hour later, the price had suddenly increased by 10 dollars. Falguni Patel filed my return. The experience was very uncomfortable. Falguni had a strong accent and when I asked for clarity, she appeared angry. I found her attitude disturbing. When I was finished signing, she insisted I pay before she efiled it. A terrible experience.
Sent my fiance there, she came back crying because the representative was rude. Sent my friends there, they also had problems…..you guys just opened up and already need to shut it down. How does anybody there have a job with such bad customer service skills and your dealing with peoples personal finances and information?
Zero professionalism, I don’t understand how this place is even open. I don’t recommend going to this location.
They were absolutely great! Will never go anywhere else!
