Trying to ask questions about our taxes and can’t anyone to answer or respond to our voicemail! We called twice and no answer or response!
Update: If you have a business do not file with these clowns. They forgot to file forms and caused me recieve fines due to thier incompetency. We won't even be bringing my personal taxes. P.S. Tax Pro Phong: I have done my taxes with H&R block for years. I had issues with my tax pro at the Zinfindale location and walked out. The manager called me up, apologized and said he would give me a $100 discount to return. Why I went against my gut instinct for $100 is beyond me. Here it is August and I just recieved a $835 bill from the Franchise Tax Board because they found a mistake on my taxes.
