Walled in and spoke with an older heavy lady. After taking some info down she told me i needed to pay +700 dollars and i asked how much will my return be and she said to me "well do you want to do them or not" in a snarling tone No info just pressure. This lady is an issue Everyone else was professional but she is the reason I will never return to H&R block
