Never anyone available to do taxes 🤬
I've been going to Denise since I was old enough to do my taxes and she always makes it quick and painless. Very personable and reminds me of all the things i need to bring. If you're nervous about doing taxes i'd definitely ask for Denise!
Absolutely horrid experience wouldn’t even give half a star if I could, filed my taxes for the first time mid April with Darren he had pushed my appointment back two separate times with no communication about this with me i would find out by an email saying my appointment was rescheduled. Once I arrived I sat in the waiting room for over 40 mins past my new rescheduled time waiting to be seen, once the account greeted me he scoffed and claimed he could do my return in 5 minutes. they had constant issues filing my return as t... read more
I had my return done the end of February, unfortunately 2 more T4's came in after that I had forgotten about. I've tried for a week now to talk to the person who did my return, no one calls me back. Ive asked for the manager, no call back. I tried the 1800 number and talked with the same incompetent person, Zawa. I want to speak to a regional manager, this is ridiculous.
Was very happy with the service but I informed them that our accountant would no longer do none business taxes we decided to try H&R We discussed the rate our accountant charged and disclosed about $375 for myself and wife. Was informed they would be about the same cost . On finishing we were surprised they charged both my wive and myself a total of about $780.00 that is double what we were paying to our accountant.Will not be back or recommend H&R Block unless they address this issue.
