I've been going to Denise since I was old enough to do my taxes and she always makes it quick and painless. Very personable and reminds me of all the things i need to bring. If you're nervous about doing taxes i'd definitely ask for Denise!Â
Absolutely horrid experience wouldn’t even give half a star if I could, filed my taxes for the first time mid April with Darren he had pushed my appointment back two separate times with no communication about this with me i would find out by an email saying my appointment was rescheduled. Once I arrived I sat in the waiting room for over 40 mins past my new rescheduled time waiting to be seen, once the account greeted me he scoffed and claimed he could do my return in 5 minutes. they had constant issues filing my return as t... read more
