Very friendly very easy to work with group. I’ve been using H&R Block for over five years now to prepare my taxes. I’m a small business owner with two businesses, and have always felt that my taxes were done accurately but if you’re looking for tax advice and ways to maximize the tax code, I would probably look elsewhere. I just feel bad if I’m going to be paying over $1000 to have my taxes prepared I would like some advice or at least feedback on how I can better my situation.
I usually come here to do my taxes and it felt like the fees were getting higher and higher so i felt like it was a bit much. I decided to call and see if there were any discounts available. I ended up speaking with Marisela and she told me "wow 167 is too much?" And then also proceeded to tell me "well we dont do taxes for free". Her attitude was very unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable even going back. This is not the first time ive had a bad interaction with her.
