Got my taxes done here for the first time since moving to Roseville, they messed up on my taxes, by putting my account number as my routing number. In addition to that they spelled my last name name wrong my tax documents and messed up on my address! If I could give negative stars I would! This whole experience has been nothing but a headache and so disappointing!
9/16 - check finally arrived . BTW - check dated 9/10, not 8/30 as advised . I paid the IRS in November for the H&R mistake. It took until today for me to receive my reimbursement check. I’ll be finding a new tax preparation company for sure . 9/14 - no check today . The second check was supposedly mailed on 8/30 from Kansas City.
