Haogeng did excellent work for two years. Unfortunately, this year’s customer service was a marked decline. I was given incorrect information, quoted one price and then charged another, and met with little accountability when this was raised. What should have taken ten minutes required five phone calls and multiple revisions to both the advice and the cost. Based on this experience, I won’t be returning to H&R Block.
