I have Been to this H&R block multiple times and was helped today by a very Nice lady named Omo which did a wonderful job!
It was the most pleasant experience in my tax life. Priya was fantastic and really helpful. I highly recommend her for taxes

Had an appointment at 12pm waited 15 minutes and no one was opening the door and it didn’t seem like anyone was inside. Very unprofessional, and wasted my time. Also, called their number multiple times and no one was answering and couldn’t even leave a voicemail. Called them back a hour later but no one was answered the phone. Received no email whatsoever that they were canceling my appointment or if there was an emergency that they couldn’t open. Also, all these five star reviews seem like bots to me. Very disappointing. I had booked an appointment for 12pm on a Sunday, almost 10 days before. We showed up there and they didn’t open until 12:15pm and we left. Nobody answered my calls and i was not given any prior updates.
