If I could leave a negative star I would. Couldn't even scan the documents properly after 2 tries, continued to claim pages were missing when they were in his hands!!! Kept researching the internet for tax laws while sitting there, YIKES!!! For example kept claiming I had to pay property taxes & I had to point out the fact that they are included in my payment. I paid over 300 for 1 w2 then they charge 42 for a emerald card and 35 for some anti theft shield so close to 500 bucks for a simple w2 never again will I use them...... crooks

I've been filing with h&r block for years and this is the first year that my taxes have been screwed up by a worker. Ms Lisa is the one who did my taxes and after handing her my identification. I filed my taxes back in Feb of this year. Here we are in May almost June and still no taxes. I've had to take off of work and go to the IRS building twice. I went in the office in the beginning of April. I made my complaint there to the manager {ADAH} SHE STATED THAT IM NOT THE ONLY CUSTOMER WHO COMPLAINED ABOUT THIS WORKER. My thing... read more
