The accountant was helpful and I did get some money back. She needs a little more training and work on her language skills. She was very nice overall.
Last year the tax preparer from this office, Ken Stone made an over $2,200 mistake….which my new tax preparer discovered. When brought to his attention his attitude was pretty much “Too Bad, So Sad” when I asked for at the very least….a partial refund. Terrible service!!!
