This office changed our appointment twice. Then when we arrived for the scheduled appointment the office staff appeared disorganized and confused. Further research by a tax preparer said our appointmentment was at 1:30 not 2:30. In addition, the person we were scheduled with was no longer employed at this location. While a representative offered to do our taxes our confidence at this location due to confusion and poor communications, my wife and I decided to leave not feeling they could do the right job.
