This location has been an absolute nightmare. I came to H&R Block expecting professional support, and instead got negligence and disorganization at every step. They filed my taxes incorrectly, and I had to catch the mistake myself and come back in to get them amended. When I tried to use their three-year lookback program, they kept pushing back my appointments. I used HR Block last year to file my tax return as the office is located conveniently near where I live. They ready charged more than other tax services that my friends used, but I went with it. This year, I came back to the same person who helped me last year, and to my shocking surprise, the fees to file my simple, individual tax return with some forms this year was over $500 to file while he could only help me get back $646. Zero stars, not 1. It’s impossible to get in touch with your tax-pro no matter how many “attempts” the receptionist do, or if they even do any. Don’t waste your time with this office and save your time going somewhere else more organized and professional than this office is.
H AND R BLOCK HAVE GOTTEN WILDLY EXPENSIVE! IF YOU CAN, SHOP AROUND FOR SOMEONE MORE REASONABLE ANDJUST AS GOOD!
