Went to have my taxes done. at the end of the appointment after I paid they let me know it's not complete and I need to finish myself.i hade to hire a second tax person to finish my taxes. Don't waste your money on a job you have to hire a real tax accountant to finish. Why did i pay h and r block $380 to do my taxes and then have to hire another person for an additional 200 to fix there mistakes

She made me feel confident throughout the entire process and took the time to explain everything in a way I could easily understand. This location has been an absolute nightmare. I came to H&R Block expecting professional support, and instead got negligence and disorganization at every step. They filed my taxes incorrectly, and I had to catch the mistake myself and come back in to get them amended. When I tried to use their three-year lookback program, they kept pushing back my appointments.
