Tienen una señora salvadoreña llamada Lorena que es muy despota y no nos quizo ayudar y nos corrio de la oficina porque ella estaba desde las 9 de la mañana, ahh pero si nos hicieron esperar casi 2 horas y cuando ivan hacer las 8:00 nos dijo aqui no les podemos ayudar. No vayan a ese lugar muy mal servicio.

When filing taxes was told a laptop can not as credit just books. I asked around and was informed a laptop does count as I am taking online class and is needed. Feel she didn't do everything in her power to get me the max tax return.

Had appointment at 4:45pm it’s now 5:30 still haven’t been seen. Don’t know why they made me make an appointment and not see me at the specified time. Waste of my time. I believe lucilla is her name
