I’ve been filing with H&R for over 30 years and have never been treated so unprofessionally. My so called professional, Ed, was rude and short tempered with me. I sent him images of my online W2s and he didn’t even know how to print them to size on the sheet. He suggested “don’t file and to let them come after you”. I had 3 W2s, one from AZ and a dependent. My wife and I took our complicated taxes to H&R Block located at 196 McKnight Way in Grass Valley. We were impressed with the courteous, friendly atmosphere of the entire office and staff. Our tax professional was absolutely awesome! Many years of experience (for that matter, so does every tax pro there), she worked very hard to find all the deductions for which we qualified, she consistently answered all our questions thoroughly, and she had such a great attitude and patience with all our questions.
