Disappointing first experience. The staff provided inaccurate knowledge that contradicted CRA rules. When I called to report the error, the secretary promised a callback that never happened. The poor communication and lack of accurate information are unacceptable.

I had a wonderful experience at this particularly location, and that is all because of Pavitar. Pavitar showed me a great deal of kindness and guided me through my first tax filing for 2025.
The worst experience ever, never go there, they charged me 220$ for filing my tax, and they didn't tell me about how much they are going to charge me before they start and I feel like its a kind of tactic to charge you more. If I knew I would never do it there, because there was no return. I felt so bad after leaving there I felt like letting poeple rob my pocket.
