We waited one day for several hours, then got in and they couldn't help us because they couldn't get into the cra (which is fine and understandable) During that time we left, got the info required and came back several days later. My license needed to be renewed on my birthday which was the date of second time we came by. I was trying to tell the receptionist that I was happy to wait as long as it took. Terrible customer service - I called and spoke to a customer service representative and asked to inquire information on pricing and the representative refused to provide me with prices and was told “yeah no we don’t give prices over the phones” I proceeded to ask as a corporation if there is a website or somewhere I could view prices and she said “ya I said no” Very unprofessional!!

Horrible Experience with H&R Block – A Complete Rip-Off! I had an absolutely terrible experience with H&R Block, specifically with Sapna. I originally went to them thinking they were professionals who could actually help me, but I quickly realized they are only interested in grabbing your money while doing the bare minimum. AVOID DOING YOUR TAXES HERE AT ALL COSTS!!! I went in February to do my taxes as everyone said it was a great spot to go to, I had to deal with Gisele Mercier.. the day I went in the system was down, I advised I’d leave it with her and come back. I went back and we had it done within 5 minutes, they advised I owed money for my one dependant (daughter).
