Overall, I would not recommend. The agent was pleasant, but it took almost 3 hours for a basic tax return (this was mainly due to technical difficulties). When we finally got our return, I expressed that I was surprised by the amount of money that we’d receive. The agent provided me with an explanation, so I took her word for it and accepted the instant refund. Extremely Disappointing Customer Service Walked in 30 minutes before closing and was met with rudeness and sarcasm. One staff member asked for my phone number, and when I gave it, she flat-out told me, “That’s not it,” as if she knew it better than I do. Then she asked if my address was 49 Strathmore. I said it was but that we’ve moved. Her sarcastic reply? “That’s the address we have.” Two staff gave different quotes for the same service — one said a certain price, and the other jumped in saying it would cost over $300, wit... read more
Awesome service from the time I walked in to the time I left Tax person explained everything in detail and shared a few jokes Definitely will be back
We waited one day for several hours, then got in and they couldn't help us because they couldn't get into the cra (which is fine and understandable) During that time we left, got the info required and came back several days later. My license needed to be renewed on my birthday which was the date of second time we came by. I was trying to tell the receptionist that I was happy to wait as long as it took.
