Overall, I would not recommend. The agent was pleasant, but it took almost 3 hours for a basic tax return (this was mainly due to technical difficulties). When we finally got our return, I expressed that I was surprised by the amount of money that we’d receive. Extremely Disappointing Customer Service Walked in 30 minutes before closing and was met with rudeness and sarcasm. One staff member asked for my phone number, and when I gave it, she flat-out told me, “That’s not it,” as if she knew it better than I do. Then she asked if my address was 49 Strathmore. I said it was but that we’ve moved. Her sarcastic reply? “That’s the address we have.” Two staff gave different quotes for the same service — one said a certain price, and the other jumped in saying it would cost over $300, wit... read more
