UPDATE 2/21/24: Add to the terrible process below the fact that our tax pro never asked us for our direct deposit information, nor were we ever given the opportunity on the app to add it. And our tax pro never followed up with us to get it. So, now that our taxes have been filed, we are left to assume that our state refund will come snail mail via Emerald card or whatever, instead of MUCH FASTER direct deposit. UNSAT (again).
