Its March and I am still waiting on my tax return from last year. I came to the reviews to see if others have had issues with my same tax preparer JF and it looks like they have. I brought all my papers in last year and waited about an hour on my first visit while she was on a personal call. My actual visit took even longer because she kept taking the same personal call during my session. I followed up with her about four months later. In 2022, They lost the tax documents I have given them. The taxer preparer JF informed me that she had to send my paperwork to the IRS. This was a lie. I have tried to contact her several times. However, JF did no return or respond to my calls. I even contacted The BBB and H&R Block failed to follow through. I believe that JF lost or threw away my paperwork. In my opinion, JF and this company SUCK BIG TIME!
Easy to get to, plenty if parking and the staff is so friendly! Ask for Nanette, she's awesome!!
