Great service but I can't even stay in the building because of the god awful smell of fumes from the nail salon. They need to get that fixed asap
Complete failure. The "Tax pro" forgot to input one of my W2s. I noticed and quickly the mistake when I got home the following day, called and uploaded the document. Was told they would fix the filing as they messed up. It was never done. Now they are saying I am on the hook for additional fees and interest accrued. Then the customer service, Piya, hangs up while transferring me to a supervisor. Do not go here. They use the same tech as TurboTax and guess what? It's free.
