Work for the taylorville hr block for 2 seasons work alot if open to close and every weekend, my partner has a business he had the district manager taylor handle his accounting and billing, we recieved multiple letters from the irs that she was suppose to handle never really got any communication other then maybe 1 or 2 emails on the matter. H&r block is normally my go to for taxes. However these last few weeks I've been asking for help with my account. They keep saying they will call me back and never do. One day recently when I call the phone rang for 35 minutes before anyone answered.

This is the worst tax experiance that I have ever had. My wife and I scheduled our appointment and everything seemed fine. just to be safe we decided to buy the peace of mind insurance seeing as how everything seemed to easy. If I could give this business a 0, I would. Absolutely do not recommend this "tax service" center to anyone. If you want to have confidence that your taxes are done correctly, or if you want to be able to call and speak to someone at any time during their business hours, do NOT come here. Over a time period of April-today (July 2), the man at the desk did not pick up a single phone call when I had a question. I called numerous times a day for numerous weeks.
