This is the worst tax experiance that I have ever had. My wife and I scheduled our appointment and everything seemed fine. just to be safe we decided to buy the peace of mind insurance seeing as how everything seemed to easy. A few months later we started recieving letters from the IRS stating that we didn’t pay what was required. If I could give this business a 0, I would. Absolutely do not recommend this "tax service" center to anyone. If you want to have confidence that your taxes are done correctly, or if you want to be able to call and speak to someone at any time during their business hours, do NOT come here. Over a time period of April-today (July 2), the man at the desk did not pick up a single phone call when I had a question. I called numerous times a day for numerous weeks.
