Arrived for my 8 AM appointment at 7:45 AM, and held the door open for the person who was scheduled to prepare my taxes, Roger. After stepping inside to the lobby and telling him I'd have a seat, and wait for him to be ready for me, another person quickly approached me from the back of the office, then started speaking loudly at me saying, "we don't open until 8." I used to love having my taxes filed with H&R Block, but the way they operate/do things now these days is ridiculous and shady. Old lady prepared my taxes, and I told her specifically more than three times to agree to not have my state check taken away. H&R block took my state check because that what comes back first which doesn't make any sense.
