I didn't have to wait! Roger Ryon made my visit very easy..He was so knowledgable, and explained everything in simple terms. Roger did everything I needed in a timely manner, and I left H&R BLOCK feeling happy and satisfied!!
She is very rude she says she is the manager and she has a attitude toward disable people you need to teach her restect

The person on the phone had a horrible attitude. She interrupted me while I was speaking and said she doesn't do tax prep so she didn't need to waste time listening to what I was saying. I am taking my business elsewhere.
