Unfair pricing with extremely high fees. I’ve been filing taxes with H&R Block for many years across different states and locations with no issues. The past couple of years, I used the Avon location just a few miles away pricing was always fair and consistent. This year, since I moved closer, I decided to try the North Ridgeville location.
