We were customers with Leslie Latham for 10+ years. The last few years have been horrible. Her attitude towards us and how she would uncomfortably trying to push us along. Will NEVER use HR block again. I made an appointment with this location online for a day and time that my husband and I were available and we did not book it with any particular tax specialist. Got a text confirming and I went online with the link and confirmed it. Got an email confirmation of it. Next day I get a text for an appointment on a day and time that I never set when we weren’t available with a specific person.
