We were customers with Leslie Latham for 10+ years. The last few years have been horrible. Her attitude towards us and how she would uncomfortably trying to push us along. This year was the absolute biggest joke. We had our appointments scheduled a year in advanced as we always do and when we all arrive we are told we weren't scheduled with a very snarky attitude by the receptionist. Will NEVER use HR block again. I made an appointment with this location online for a day and time that my husband and I were available and we did not book it with any particular tax specialist. Got a text confirming and I went online with the link and confirmed it. Got an email confirmation of it. Next day I get a text for an appointment on a day and time that I never set when we weren’t available with a specific person.
