Had an appointment scheduled for 7:30pm, I showed up a few minutes early and 12 minutes past my scheduled appointment time I still had not been helped or acknowledged, other than “take a seat” from the receptionist who couldn’t put her phone down for 30 seconds to acknowledge a customer. I ended up leaving.
