Recently visited this branch after scheduling an appointment. Received my email and phone confirmation. Arrived for my appointment when they informed me that they did not have anyone in office to help me and stated that they did not have any availability before the deadline. Completely unprofessional and inconsiderate. I was recommended to come here from a few people in town. They are also very upset with how I was treated and feel bad about recommending. Karie is the best. She’s our go-to tax gal for our personal taxes and our business. I really feel like she has our best interest in mind. She’s speedy with emailed questions and I always look forward to seeing her.
