I have been a customer of H&R Block for several years, and the agent who assisted me this time was professional and courteous. However, I was extremely disappointed with the fees charged for my return. I am single, have no dependents, and work as a real estate agent. My appointment lasted approximately one hour and ten minutes, and I was charged $712. The lady that works the front desk is awful and rude! I am my aunts caretaker and drove over an hour and a half to leave her taxes. I was told I needed her preparers name, I didn’t have that info and was treated like I was stupid. It was embarrassing and hurtful. She didn’t try to help me find out who the preparer was and I am sure it would have been easy for her to look that up. Be kind you never know what someone is going through.
Patrice was great and knows her stuff made taxes an enjoyable time!
Seeing Kathy is great. She makes doing taxes fun
They said they cannot help me file my taxes on April 15th (the last day to file) and were rude AF and snobby. Do not recommend this location.
