This will be my LAST year using this office. Every year I have used this office since I moved here, I have had issues(minus my first year be ausw all my infor was from Florida.) No one seems to know what they are doing and I am being told I have to pay for LAST YEARS services before i can file this years services, even though I have a receipt for last years services. I will NOT be coming back after this year.
This place seemed pleasant, at first. The front staff is very nice. Barbara however, is a terrible representative. She refused to help me which is literally her job. She kept ignoring me and interrupting me. She laughed in my face and talked to me like i was stupid. She told me to contact online support by phone. So as I start the call, she kicks me out of her office because I don't have a "soft enough voice" for her to handle. Worst costumer service and experience ever. I have been a customer of H&R Block for several years, and the agent who assisted me this time was professional and courteous. However, I was extremely disappointed with the fees charged for my return. I am single, have no dependents, and work as a real estate agent. My appointment lasted approximately one hour and ten minutes, and I was charged $712. The lady that works the front desk is awful and rude! I am my aunts caretaker and drove over an hour and a half to leave her taxes. I was told I needed her preparers name, I didn’t have that info and was treated like I was stupid. It was embarrassing and hurtful. She didn’t try to help me find out who the preparer was and I am sure it would have been easy for her to look that up. Be kind you never know what someone is going through.
