Not professional at all, they gave me appointment on Sunday, I call them an hour ago prior to leaving my house and they confirmed I had an appointment- I received message from them to confirm an appointment. I drove an hour to the office and they said no one working today(on Sunday). What a waste of time on weekend,they have to let me know in advance about rescheduling. I’m very disappointed, never doing my tax filing with them specifically in this location.
